SAIC Exec Srini Attili Accepts 2026 Wash100 Award

Srini Attili, executive vice president of SAIC’s civilian business group, has received the 2026 Wash100 Award in recognition of his leadership in advancing digital transformation and mission modernization across the federal civilian sector.

Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic, visited the SAIC headquarters to personally congratulate and present the Wash100 Award to Attili.

“It’s my privilege to recognize Srini as a Wash100 Award winner for his impressive accomplishments at SAIC. As executive vice president for SAIC’s civilian business group, Srini has championed investments in mission priorities like healthcare and border security that boosted his division’s adjusted operating margin. This was a notable achievement in a time of scrutinized federal budgets,” Garrettson, the Wash100 Award founder, stated.

“Commanding a $1.8 billion portfolio, Srini also grew SAIC’s backlog of civilian business by double digit figures. With past executive success at some of GovCon’s most prestigious firms, including IBM, Deloitte and McKinsey, Srini knows what it takes to achieve in GovCon and I expect his track record of achievement to continue in 2026,” Garrettson added.

Why Did Srini Attili Win the 2026 Wash100 Award?

Attili’s first Wash100 is a recognition of his leadership in driving the integration of cloud computing, data analytics and artificial intelligence to help federal agencies modernize operations, improve service delivery and strengthen mission resilience.

Under his leadership, SAIC positioned itself as a strategic partner for civilian agencies navigating digital transformation initiatives. The company has secured key modernization contracts supporting federal and state government customers, including a February 2026 award valued at $95 million from the Government Accountability Office to provide IT services under the agency’s Technical Information Services program.

The effort is designed to modernize GAO’s technology environment through scalable, agile delivery approaches, enabling the transition from legacy systems to a more flexible digital enterprise supported by multicloud architecture and artificial intelligence capabilities.

“Our partnership with GAO is about moving from legacy operations to a modern digital enterprise,” Attili said at the time. “We are bringing a transformation mindset, not just tools, to help GAO become a technology leading agency. By modernizing applications, enabling a secure multi cloud environment, and leveraging low code, no code, and artificial intelligence, we will help GAO operate faster, smarter, and with greater confidence in its technology foundation.”

Attili also played a major role in SAIC’s expansion in state and local markets. In December 2024, the company secured a $170.9 million contract from the Texas Department of Information Resources to deliver managed IT security services, including threat monitoring, risk management and compliance support, to protect state agency networks.

His leadership reflects a broader push across government to adopt digital technologies that enhance operational efficiency and improve services for citizens.
