Jake Frazer, president and co-founder of Precision Talent Solutions, has received the 2026 Wash100 Award, earning recognition for his growing influence on GovCon workforce strategy, executive recruiting and talent innovation across the federal marketplace.
The award was presented by Jim Garrettson, Executive Mosaic CEO and founder of the Wash100 Award, recognizing Frazer’s leadership in helping government contractors strengthen talent pipelines and adapt to evolving workforce demands.
Why Did Jake Frazer Win the 2026 Wash100 Award?
Frazer earned his first Wash100 recognition for expanding Precision Talent Solutions’ role as a workforce and leadership partner to companies operating across defense, aerospace and government services.
Under his leadership, the company launched several new initiatives designed to address changing hiring dynamics within GovCon, including BD Expert Search, a recruiting service focused on business development and capture professionals, and Career Concierge, a consulting service supporting career transitions and leadership development.
Another differentiator under Frazer’s leadership has been the company’s investment in technology-enabled hiring processes. The company developed a proprietary virtual Assessment Center integrating psychometric analysis, candidate screening and video-based evaluations.

Building Connections in the GovCon Community
Beyond recruiting, Frazer has expanded Precision Talent Solutions’ presence through executive engagement initiatives to strengthen collaboration in the federal marketplace.
The company launched “The Future of GovCon” podcast, featuring discussions with government and industry leaders on topics, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, defense manufacturing and global security trends.
He has frequently emphasized that talent strategy should be viewed as a core business priority rather than a supporting function.
As Frazer stated, “There’s nothing more important to your business than getting the right people… talent is everything.”
