Noblis CEO Mile Corrigan Secures Fourth Wash100 Award for Driving Innovation, Advancing Federal Missions

Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce that Mile Corrigan, president and CEO of Noblis, is a 2026 Wash100 Award winner, recognized for her leadership in advancing science and technology innovation, securing major federal contracts, and driving mission-focused solutions across defense and civilian agencies. The recognition marks the fourth consecutive year that Corrigan has won the Wash100, GovCon’s most prestigious honor.
“Mile is an industry-recognized corporate leader with a strong track record of accomplishment in science and technology, earning the respect of industry peers and partners alike. In the past 3.5 years as president and CEO, she’s helped Noblis deliver innovative products like a DNA-based data encoding and storage system to the International Space System,” said Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic and founder of the Wash100 Award.
She also helped position Noblis at the forefront of AI through its corporate venture arm’s investment in Prediction Guard, a scalable generative AI platform addressing data security and intellectual property. Mile has an expert sense for developing intuitive solutions to challenging federal missions. Her 2026 Wash100 Award, her fourth-straight, is well-deserved and we look forward to her achievements this year,” Garrettson added.

Why Is Mile Corrigan Winning a 2026 Wash100 Award?
Corrigan earned a spot in this year’s class of Wash100 winners for being a leader in innovation and for shaping Noblis into a trusted organization delivering critical capabilities and advanced technologies to military and federal government customers.
Driving Mission Innovation Across Defense and Civilian Programs
Corrigan has overseen a broad portfolio of contract wins and initiatives that demonstrate Noblis’ role in advancing mission-critical capabilities.
Under her leadership, Noblis has secured positions on major contract vehicles and expanded its role in supporting critical missions across defense and civilian sectors.
In January, the Missile Defense Agency selected Noblis to support the $151 billion Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense, or SHIELD, program. SHIELD is designed to enable the rapid delivery of advanced capabilities to counter evolving threats.
“We are honored to continue our commitment to national security and our long-standing collaboration with the Department of Defense and the MDA,” Corrigan said. “This contract allows us to apply our full spectrum of technology to protect the nation against increasingly complex global threats.”
Noblis also expanded its support to the U.S. Navy through Defense Technical Solutions, a joint venture formed by Noblis MSD and TDI Technologies. DTS secured a $20 million Seaport NxG task order from the Naval Surface Warfare Center’s Philadelphia Division to provide program management, logistics, engineering and technical support services.
Noblis MSD also secured a $45 million contract in December to deliver advanced engineering and cybersecurity services across the Navy’s surface vessel fleet.
Advancing AI, Space Technologies
Corrigan leads efforts that drive innovation and advance capability development in critical technology areas, including artificial intelligence and space systems.
Noblis, through its venture arm, Noblis Ventures, is backing secure, mission-aligned capabilities for government and highly regulated environments. The organization announced in July its investment in Prediction Guard, a cloud software company founded in 2023 that develops self-hosted AI technologies for high-security environments.
“Prediction Guard’s focus on bringing secure, best-in-class AI systems directly to the enterprise complements our own commitment to responsible and safe AI that is grounded in rigorously benchmarked metrics,” Corrigan said, adding that the investment aligns with the organization’s Artificial Intelligence Assurance Implementation technology for AI safety.
In 2025, Noblis also launched two pioneering research projects to the International Space Station to study DNA-based data encoding and storage and biomanufacturing systems that could support future space missions. The achievement demonstrates Noblis’ commitment to exploring next-generation technologies for extreme environments.
“By launching experiments in molecular DNA data storage and synthetic biology platforms in space, we are not only testing system performance in extreme environments, we’re validating architectures that could one day enable massive scalability with ultra-stable data archives and adaptive biomanufacturing for deep space missions,” Corrigan commented.
Driving Environmental Innovation
Noblis has also expanded its innovation portfolio through a patented method for the safe and efficient removal of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS, commonly known as “forever chemicals.” The method, designed to turn harmful compounds into harmless byproducts, can be applied across contaminated environments such as groundwater and industrial wastewater, supporting environmental cleanup efforts and public health protection.
Who Is Mile Corrigan?
