The Wash100 Popular Vote contest saw a dramatic shake-up in Week 6, with Booz Allen executives taking the top three spots. Public officials continue to gain support, while newcomers enter the top 30 rankings.
Momentum Shifts in the Top 10
Booze Allen Executive Vice President Andrea Inserra now leads the rankings with a commanding 1,027 votes, followed by CEO Horacio Rozanski with 921 and EVP Steve Escaravage with 898 votes.
Scott Edwards, the president and CEO of Summit 7, increased his vote total to 677 and is now in fourth place. Gen. Charles Brown Jr., the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, surges into fifth place with 589 votes, continuing to gain support.
Toni Townes-Whitley of SAIC climbs to 553 votes, securing sixth place, while SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, representing the Department of Government Efficiency, moves up to 528 votes. DeEtte Gray of CACI remains competitive at 483 votes, holding onto eighth place. Bill Webner of Allocore slightly increases his tally to 473, landing in ninth place, while Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem rounds out the top 10 with 467 votes.
Other Notable Contenders & Newcomers
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth follows closely at 464 votes, with State Secretary Marco Rubio gaining traction at 452 votes. John Mengucci of CACI now holds 431 votes, while Venice Goodwine of the U.S. Air Force moves up to 385 votes. DOD CIO’s Juan Ramirez and Tom Homan of the White House are tied at 381 votes, making them strong contenders for future rankings.
Further down, CIA Director John Ratcliffe rises to 308 votes, and Earl Stafford Jr. of Aperio Global secures 299 votes. SAIC’s Josh Jackson is now at 271 votes and Matthew Tait (268) continue to climb. Vincent DiFronzo of SAIC now sits at 256 votes, while Craig Abod of Carahsoft enters the mix with 240 votes.
Newcomers to the rankings include Susan Wedge of IBM Consulting with 234 votes and Jane Rathbun of the U.S. Department of the Navy with 200 votes.
