As of Thursday, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is sitting in first place by only a handful of votes. At the moment, General Dynamics Information Technology President Amy Gilliland has surged into second place, as Lauren Knausenberger, CIO at the Department of the Air Force, is holding onto third place.
