Amr ElSawy, Noblis President & CEO, Selected to 2016 Wash100 for Sci-Tech Community Leadership

Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce Amr ElSawy, president and CEO of Noblis, as the newest inductee into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

ElSawy has led the Falls Church, Virginia-based nonprofit science and technology organization since 2007 and currently serves as a member of Noblis’ board of trustees.

The organization has signed a lease for a new headquarters in Reston, Virginia at a site near the Reston Town Center Metrorail station and expects to complete its move there by Fall 2016.

Noblis acquiredNational Security Partners, which offers technical and consulting services to the intelligence sector, in 2014 and received a contract from the General Services Administration in 2015.

Under the GSA contract, the nonprofit organization will work to provide technical consulting and program management support for the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.

ElSawy’s industry experience spans across the national security, telecommunications, healthcare, networking and transportation arenas.

He is a former senior vice president and general manager of the center for advanced aviation system development at the nonprofit Mitre Corp. and led a federally-funded research-and- development center for the Federal Aviation Administration for seven years.
