Wash100 Award Popular Vote Week 8: Booz Allen Retains Lead as Industry Leaders Dominate Top 10

The Wash100 Popular Vote contest enters Week 8 with Andrea Inserra of Booz Allen maintaining her stronghold at the top. With 1,123 votes, Inserra continues to set the pace, while her Booz Allen colleagues, CEO Horacio Rozanski with 968 votes and EVP Steve Escaravage with 950 votes, remain firmly in second and third place, respectively.

The Top 10 Standings

Scott Edwards of Summit 7 Systems strengthened his fourth-place position, reaching 718 votes. Gen. Charles Brown Jr., the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, saw significant growth this week, climbing to 688 votes to secure fifth place.

CACI’s DeEtte Gray made a notable leap, moving up to sixth place with 628 votes. Toni Townes-Whitley from SAIC also gained traction, now standing at 619 votes. SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, representing the Department of Government Efficiency, remains a strong contender in eighth place with 598 votes.

John Mengucci of CACI made one of the most impressive climbs, surging into ninth place with 577 votes. Rounding out the top 10 is Juan Ramirez from the DOD CIO, who saw a significant jump to 550 votes, overtaking several competitors.

Shifts & Standouts

While Kristi Noem of DHS slipped slightly to 11th place, she continues to gain votes, now at 532. DOD Secretary Pete Hegseth follows closely with 525 votes, and State Secretary Marco Rubio advances to 508 votes.

Bill Webner of Allocore saw a modest increase to 480 votes, holding his ground just outside the top 10. Venice Goodwine of the U.S. Air Force maintained her steady rise, climbing to 440 votes. Tom Homan of the White House also grew his support, reaching 429 votes.

Notable Progressions Outside the Top 10

CIA Director John Ratcliffe reached 350 votes, with Earl Stafford Jr. of Aperio Global now at 326. Carahsoft’s Craig Abod surged to 299 votes, while Josh Jackson of SAIC and Matthew Tait of ManTech increased their tallies to 289 and 283 votes, respectively.

New to the rankings this week, CGI Federal’s Stephanie Mango made an impressive debut with 262 votes. Jane Rathbun of the U.S. Navy followed closely with 261 votes, tying with Vincent DiFronzo of SAIC.
