Todd Stottlemyer, Board Chairman of LMI, Inducted Into 2019 Wash100 for Leading LMI’s Health IT Initiative amp; Helping to Secure Major Contracts

Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Todd Stottlemyer, chairman of the board of directors at LMI, as an inductee into the 2019 edition of Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena — for leading LMI’s initiative in health IT and helping the company secure several major contracts and task orders. This marks the first Wash100 award for Stottlemyer.

In 2018, LMI made strides in health IT when it secured a spot on the $1.6B Measure and Instrument Development and Support contract in August 2018 to help the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services develop, implement and manage health care quality measures.

The company also received a potential five-year, $220M task order in September to provide acquisition life cycle and engineering support services to the U.S. Border Patrol’s program management office directorate. The work covers support for the procurement, sustainment, oversight and deployment of technologies and systems meant to aid border security operations.

LMI also received a multi-year, $100M contract in June to help the U.S. Postal Service manage enterprise-wide projects. The work involves high-level analysis in support of the agency’s Enterprise Program Support initiative and the company is recommending strategies for USPS executives to increase operational efficiency, address customer requirements, develop products and maintain industry competition.

Stottlemyer, who has been on the board of LMI since 2015, assumed his current role at the technology services contractor on Jan. 1. He held CEO roles with the Inova Center for Personalized Health, Acentia and Apogen Technologies.

In addition to his position at LMI, he serves as CEO of health information technology company CNSI, where he took the helm in December 2018. “Health IT is such an incredibly dynamic industry right now,” Stottlemyer said at the time.

Previously, he served as chief financial officer of BTG, president of McGuireWoods Consulting and as a senior executive team member of BDM International. He is on the board of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, United Bank, Blue Delta Capital Partners, Virginia Business Higher Education Council, Helping Children Worldwide and the Northern Virginia Technology Council.

Stottlemyer also serves as rector of the board of visitors of the College of William & Mary, where he graduated with a B.A. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1991, graduating cum laude.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Todd Stottlemyer and the LMI team for their selection to receive this award.
