Tina Dolph, President amp; CEO of Siemens Government Technologies, Receives Second Consecutive Wash100 Award From Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic

Jim Garrettson, founder and CEO of Executive Mosaic, presented Tina Dolph, president and CEO of Siemens Government Technologies, her second consecutive Wash100 Award as part of the 2020 selection on Wednesday.

Executive Mosaic recognizes Dolph for her continued dedication to company expansion and technical innovation to provide sustainability across the U.S. Dolph won her first Wash100 Award in 2019 for her efforts to modernize energy systems for military facilities. She also demonstrated a deep understanding of government finance, strategy and operations.

Her dedication to the company and its mission continued to progress throughout 2019, working across Siemens to drive a strategy that not only leverages the company’s extensive depth in energy generation and resiliency, but also as a digitalization enabler with an industry leading software portfolio increasingly relied on by government customers to optimize maintenance, sustainment and production activities across depots and OEMs.

Additionally, Dolph has played a central role in securing defense contracts for Siemens that have driven the company’s revenue and service with the military. Dolph and her team closed a $828.8 million task order from the U.S. Navy to build, operate and maintain energy conservation systems at Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in July 2019

This contract award, for an innovative energy savings performance contract – the largest of its type to date – will allow the Navy to begin implementing energy cost savings measures immediately through minimal capital investment.

Executive Mosaic commends Siemens and Tina Dolph for her 2020 Wash100 Award. Dolph’s dedication, strong leadership, and company expansion prove that she should be a significant figure in the GovCon sector moving forward.
