RGS CEO Paul Smith Receives 2024 Wash100 Award

Rancher Government Solutions CEO Paul Smith recently accepted his 2024 Wash100 Award during a meeting with Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson, who founded the esteemed recognition.

The coveted Wash100 Award is the most sought after recognition for government contracting industry executives. To choose its winners, Wash100 carefully examines the impact of each nominee, weighing both the significance of their past achievements and the level of potential they hold to continue influencing the field.

Smith is a four-time Wash100 awardee, and this year, he was selected for taking the helm of RGS and quickly chasing down key growth initiatives. Partnerships were a major focus for Smith, and in 2023, RGS joined the Leidos Alliance Partner Network, entered the Oracle Cloud Marketplace and joined forces with Kratos Defense & Security Solutions to empower technological collaboration. “With more than three decades of senior leadership experience at well-known enterprises like Red Hat and Oracle, Paul has amassed hundreds of trusted relationships, deep GovCon knowledge and seasoned software expertise, with which he guides RGS to new heights,” Garrettson said.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Smith and the RGS team for their induction into the 2024 Wash100 class.
