Key GovCon CEOs Kathy Warden & John Ustica Spotlighted for 2024 Wash100 Wins

Executive Mosaic recognized Northrop Grumman Chairman, CEO and President Kathy Warden and Siemens Government Technologies President and CEO John Ustica for their 2024 Wash100 Award wins on Tuesday.

Wash100 is an annual celebration that identifies the most notable executives in the government contracting industry. Nominees for the award, which represents the highest honor for GovCon leaders, are put through a comprehensive selection process that identifies each individual’s past success and anticipated future impact.

Warden’s win marks her ninth entry into the ranks of Wash100. This year, she was honored for driving major company growth. Under her leadership, Northrop Grumman achieved $39.9 billion in overall sales last year and grew its B-21 program, which faced setbacks early on. Click here to read her full profile.

Ustica secured his second Wash100 Award this year for securing contracts and investing into emerging technologies, including digital twins and microelectronics. He has spoken extensively about these topics, and in a video interview with Executive Mosaic’s Summer Myatt, he revealed that SGT is looking to use its digital twin technologies to support CHIPS Act efforts to elevate domestic microelectronics production.
