“Dan further strengthened Capgemini Government Solutions’ presence and influence in GovCon after becoming CEO in 2024,” Garrettson said. “Few people understand the business of government better than Dan.”
Garrettson also emphasized Ford’s strategic approach to identifying emerging technology opportunities and translating them into mission value for federal customers.
“His savvy approach to identifying nascent business opportunities, such as coherent AI ecosystems that change outcomes, in essential technologies like IT transformation and secure cloud environments means Dan will maintain and power CGS as a driving force behind mission-critical operations,” Garrettson added.
Under Ford’s leadership, CGS has continued integrating commercial technologies into government operations to support cloud adoption, advanced analytics, cybersecurity and enterprise modernization initiatives tailored to agency mission needs.
