DeEtte Gray, CACI’s President of U.S. Operations, Added to 2018 Wash100 for Leadership in Organic Growth and Product Platform Initiatives

Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce DeEtte Gray, president of U.S. operations at CACI International, as an inductee into the 2018 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena–for her work on expanding the company’s global portfolio in delivering platforms to the U.S. military, the security sector and the intelligence community.

Gray joined CACI in May 2017 to oversee the Arlington, Virginia-based contractor’s operations business groups in the U.S. with a focus on organic growth initiatives.

In December 2017, CACI received a blanket purchase agreement from the Drug Enforcement Administration for acquisition and financial management services in support of DEA’s domestic and overseas demand reduction and enforcement missions.

Gray said at the time that the award seeks to reflect the company’s efforts to deliver platforms and services across acquisition, financial and property areas.

“We are proud to continue our work with this important customer, delivering successful enterprise business system services that support the men and women of the DEA who enforce our nation’s controlled substances laws,” she added.

The company also secured in September a potential three-year, $173 million task order from the U.S. Army under the Rapid Response-Third Generation contract vehicle to develop simulation and modeling tools for sensor and imaging systems.

A month after that, CACI received a four-year, $91 million task order under the R23G vehicle to provide systems integration, training and maintenance support services for the Army’s airborne platforms used in surveillance and reconnaissance missions.

Gray’s move to CACI comes as the company plans to build up its products through investments in machine learning, electronic warfare and other technology capabilities to help expand its offerings for the intelligence services market.

The three-time Wash100 inductee spent five years at BAE Systems’ U.S. arm, where she served as president of the intelligence and security sector.

Prior to BAE Systems Inc., she worked at Lockheed Martin for 13 years and held senior leadership roles such as vice president of enterprise information technology solutions for the firm’s information systems and global services business,  director of corporate strategy and deputy director for the business focused on Army and Defense Information Systems Agency programs.

Gray is a member of the executive committee of the Professional Services Council and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.

Executive Mosaic congratulates DeEtte Gray and the CACI International team for their selection to receive this award.
