Dave Rey, EVP of Salesforce Public Sector, Inducted into 2018 Wash100 for Enterprise Software Management and Professional Services Leadership

Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce Dave Rey, Executive Vice President of Salesforce Public Sector, has been selected as an inductee into the 2018 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of the most influential voices in the government contracting arena–for demonstrating excellence in enterprise software management, professional services and customer-oriented solutions.
“Salesforce is 100 percent focused on the customer–that influences daily behavior, from top-level decision making down to individual working meetings,” said Rey in a blog post. “We treat every interaction, every working meeting, every phone call as if the customer were sitting right there on the line with us.”
In forming partnerships through cloud solutions within the government and public sector, Rey’s leadership has grown the company’s relationships with federal departments and agencies, service providers, elected officials and civilians.
“That [relationship] forces us to think about any question–big or small–with the customer’s end goal in mind: How can we streamline so that the customer gets more of what they need, faster? How can we inspire the same experiences we develop in the cloud? This is the line of questioning that shapes our thinking as a team,” he added.
Rey previously served as head of Oracle’s public sector infrastructure business, where he held leadership roles for the technology and applications federal software business for 17 years.
Dave Rey was honored at the 2017 FedScoop 50 Awards with the Industry Leadership award–given to leaders in the public sector who have impacted and shown effective solution strategies to help agencies work smarter in a more cost-effective, time-sensitive manner.
