Executive Mosaic selected the full Wash100 list but it’s up to you to rank them with your 10 favorite choices. The competition is intense and the order changes every day due to new votes rolling in from across the DMV and beyond.
As of Thursday, many executives held their positions from last week, fiercely holding off advancements from their competitors. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Mary Petryszyn, corporate vice president of Northrop Grumman and Lt. Gen. Robert Skinner, director of Defense Information Systems Agency, all remained in their positions from last week at numbers four, five and six, respectively.
Jen Easterly, director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency and Tonya Wilkerson, deputy director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, also maintained their places in the top 10 at numbers seven and eight.
Nazzic Keene, CEO of SAIC, edged her way back into the number two slot from her place last week at number three. This is Keene’s fifth Wash100 Award and she has occupied the number two spot on the rankings several different times during this year’s contest.

Showing progress from last week was also Gen. John Raymond, chief of space operations for Space Force, who climbed from number 10 to number nine and Shawn Purvis, an executive formerly of Northrop Grumman and now president and CEO of QinetiQ North America, who rose from slot 16 to slot 15 in a week’s time.
Additionally, Heidi Shyu, undersecretary of defense for defense and research, jumped from number 19 to number 18 during the week and, in the week’s only multi-spot surge, Stacey Dixon ascended from number 22 into the top 20 at the number 20 spot. Dixon is principal deputy director of national intelligence for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and a three-time consecutive Wash100 Award winner.
