Tim Reardon, CEO of Constellis, Inducted Into 2019 Wash100 for Helping Generate Organic Growth in Defense and Intelligence Industries
Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce Tim Reardon, chief executive officer of Constellis, was selected to join the 2019 edition of the Wash100 “” Executive Mosaic“™s annual selection of the most influential voices in the government contracting arena “” for his leadership and experience in the defense and intelligence industries generating organic growth for several companies.
This latest honor marks his third Wash100 win.
In August 2018, Reardon became the CEO of Constellis after stepping down from his role as president of defense and intelligence business at Leidos. During his tenure with Leidos in 2018, the company received many lucrative contracts. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency awarded Leidos seven task orders worth a total of $250M to analyze geospatial data, full motion videos and imagery.
“With his extensive operating experience, energy, industry knowledge and leadership capabilities, we believe Tim will play a pivotal role in delivering the organic growth and capabilities enhancements that Constellis is poised to achieve,“ said Justin Stevens, a Constellis board member and a senior partner at Apollo Global Management LLC.
Centerra, a subsidiary of Constellis, announced in October 2018 that it was selected to provide physical security for Nuclear Fuel Services as a leading provider of security, fire and risk management and humanitarian aid to government and commercial customers worldwide. The contract includes an initial five-year base followed by three-year and two-year options.
Following Reardon“™s arrival, Constellis named five new leadership appointments to realign the organizational structure to improve the operational efficiency, optimize customer focus and accelerate growth. Paul Donahue will serve as the chief operating officer and president of international operations. Dave Matthew will serve as president of national security operations while Gerald Neville will lead North American operations. James Noe will be the president of global support and training operations and Rick Tye will serve as chief growth officer.
Before joining Constellis in 2018, Reardon spent two years with Leidos Holdings as president of defense and intelligence. Previously, he served in various leadership positions with Lockheed Martin from 2012 to 2016. Reardon led the delivery of advanced systems and solutions to U.S. and international customers.
For a decade, he worked as an officer with the Central Intelligence Agency focusing on high-priority national security issues. Reardon received his bachelor“™s degree from the University of Virginia and a master“™s degree from George Washington University.
