Tina Dolph, President and CEO of Siemens Government Technologies, Receives 2021 Wash100 Award for Driving SGT’s Growth, Innovative Services

Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce that Tina Dolph, president and chief executive officer CEO of Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) has been recognized as a 2021 Wash100 Award recipient for driving the company’s expansion in the federal sector by winning new work with various agencies.

“After more than 18 years with Lockheed Martin, Tina Dolph brings her combined background of operations, engineering, finance and strategy to lead the rapidly growing powerhouse of Siemens Government Technologies,” said Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic and founder of the Wash100 Award. ”Tina has the unique versatility to see the big picture strategy while simultaneously focusing on the operational details that drive growth.”

This marks Dolph’s third consecutive Wash100 Award. In 2020, Dolph received her Wash100 Award for her continued dedication to business growth and technical innovation. She has used her strong leadership and momentum over the past year to spearhead new growth initiatives.

Most recently, SGT received an initial $21 million task order to help the U.S. Space Force’s 45th Wing maintain electronic security systems that support orbital vehicle launch and range operations at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Patrick AF Base and the Kennedy Space Center.

“We look forward to meeting our customers’ highest expectations for new efficiencies without compromise for safety or security, and we have just the team in place to support the pioneering men and women who are defining our future in space security, science and exploration,” Dolph said.

SGT was also selected by the U.S. Air Force in January 2021 to provide the company’s Teamcenter product lifecycle management software in support of the service branch’s digital acquisition and sustainment strategy.

“We are incredibly proud to support the Air Force with a toolset that supports their digital journey and fundamentally enhances the way they can field capability with greater speed and agility,” said Dolph. “By providing the Air Force and other defense agencies with a robust enterprise PLM solution, time-sensitive and actionable data can be accessed across the earliest phases of a system lifecycle, resulting in lower operational costs, fewer down times, and overall improved readiness.”

Following the onset of the pandemic, Siemens collaborated with Haugland Energy Group to power a temporary COVID-19 care facility at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, New York.

Under the partnership, Siemens provided custom-built power distribution systems, air pressure monitoring equipment for patients and automation control technologies for each of the four tents at the 110-bed makeshift hospital.

Matt Martinez, technical director at SGT, noted that Dolph and other company leaders worked to meet project goals in a timely manner. Siemens’ other COVID-19 response efforts include the development and deployment of test kits, portable medical equipment, cloud-based infrastructure and remote monitoring systems for healthcare workers in the frontline.

Because of her valuable experience and knowledge of both the private and public sectors, Hope For The Warriors appointed Dolph to the board council in August 2020. As part of the council, she supports the nonprofit’s mission to assist veterans and their families through transitioning, sports and recreation and clinical health and wellness programs.

“I’ve been incredibly fortunate to spend my entire career supporting those who conduct essential U.S. government missions around the world, which wouldn’t be possible if not for those who raised their right hand and took an oath to serve our great nation,” said Dolph.

Executive Mosaic commends Siemens and Tina Dolph for their 2021 Wash100 Award. Her valuable partnerships and contract awards, strong leadership and innovative solutions prove that she will continue to be a significant figure in the GovCon sector moving throughout the new year.
