NVIDIA’s Anthony Robbins Gains 6th Wash100 Recognition for Championing AI, Accelerated Computing Tools to Support Federal Tech Transformation

NVIDIA Federal Vice President Anthony Robbins has been inducted into the 2023 edition of Executive Mosaic's Wash100 for his continued efforts to promote partnerships and advanced computing tools designed to empower innovation across the public sector.

This is the sixth time Executive Mosaic has chosen Robbins to the annual Wash100 list of executives and officials that drive the government contracting ecosystem. Vote for him at our Wash100 site as your favorite GovCon figure from this year's class of awardees.

Robbins has led NVIDIA's federal team and its work over the past five years to assist government customers in transforming agency processes with artificial intelligence and accelerated computing platforms.

In a March 2023 guest piece for StateTech magazine, Robbins zeroed in on recommendations from the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology to modernize wildland firefighting missions.

“The dramatic increase in wildfires presents danger to U.S. land, residents and first responders, but we have the technology available to make fighting these fires safer and more effective,” he wrote.

“AI-driven systems, especially those already being prototyped in the private sector, will provide the edge needed to better fight these fires as well as to predict their paths of destruction and even snuff them out before they rise up.”

In December 2022, NVIDIA outlined the company's ideas on the future of domestic chip production in response to the National Institute of Standards and Technology's request for information.

Robbins wrote in a LinkedIn post that the 12-page document includes the potential applications of AI in lithography, cybersecurity and electronic design.

He also uses the professional networking platform to advocate for collaboration between technology vendors to accelerate AI adoption in the government and enterprise sectors.

NVIDIA and Octo teamed up in August 2022 to develop AI-based service offerings for the public sector through the latter company's oLabs innovation center. Two months later, NVIDIA and Oracle forged a multiyear partnership to integrate accelerated computing tools into the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

The six-time honoree sparked a conversation around AI when he attended a recent Executive Mosaic-hosted senior leadership event. His commitment to championing the advancement of such technology in the federal sector helps shape the GovCon narrative.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Anthony Robbins and the NVIDIA organization for their selection to receive the 2023 Wash100 award. Don't forget to vote for your favorite awardees at Wash100.com by April 28!
