Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson presented the 2023 Wash100 Award plaque to Mark Caylor, president of the mission systems business sector at Northrop Grumman, during a recent office visit.

Caylor's first Wash100 citation honors his leadership in the development of mission-critical software and hardware products for defense and intelligence community use.

The 21-year Northrop veteran steers the direction of the mission systems unit to build up its market position, particularly in electronic warfare, secure networking and processing, sensors and survivability technologies.

He holds the title of corporate vice president in addition to his position as a sector head.
