Empower AI President, CEO Paul Dillahay Receives 4th Wash100 Award From Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson

Empower AI President and CEO Paul Dillahay recently received his 2022 Wash100 Award, the highest honor in all of government contracting (GovCon), in recognition of his leadership to drive the company’s major contract wins, adoption of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies as well as create new partnerships with the academe.

Executive Mosaic is pleased to present Paul Dillahay with his fourth Wash100 Award, which demonstrates his status and level of commitment and accomplishment for the GovCon community. Dillahay was presented his award by Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson during a recent visit to the new Empower AI office in Henrico County, VA.

Dillahay brings more than 20 years of experience delivering sustainable top-line growth, operational excellence and process improvement within the government IT services sector and the highly competitive federal marketplace.

As president and CEO of Empower AI, Dillahay is responsible for oversight of all Empower AI’s operations as well as the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy, including strategic transactions and investor relations.

Following the rebranding of the company from NCI Information Systems to Empower AI back in June in order to support its expansion effort, the new office was built in Henrico County and expects to generate more than 150 jobs in the new space.

“AI represents the single biggest opportunity to enhance the productivity of the federal workforce,” Dillahay explained. “By aggregating and synthesizing data quickly and more effectively with AI, we can elevate mission success for every government agency.”

Executive Mosaic is pleased to recognize Empower AI and Paul Dillahay as a 2022 Wash100 Award recipient. As a four-time winner of the most coveted award in GovCon, he has demonstrated an elite level of accomplishment in the federal market and contribution to the GovCon community.
