Each year, Executive Mosaic’s senior voting committee conducts an extensive review process, evaluating thousands of potential candidates from across government and industry. The committee also considers hundreds of nominations submitted by members of the GovCon community.

Wash100 winners are carefully evaluated based on leadership, innovation, vision, achievement and reliability, as well as their anticipated ability to make a significant impact on the government contracting industry in the year ahead.


When Does the Popular Vote Contest Begin?

The 2026 Wash100 popular vote contest begins immediately following the publication of the winners list and will run through April 30. Cast your votes now! We will bring you weekly updates on the state of the race here at Wash100.com.


How Can I Vote for My Favorite 2026 Wash100 Award Winner?

Members of the general public can cast up to 10 votes for their favorite Wash100 Award winners during the voting period. At the conclusion of the contest, the executive who receives the most votes will be recognized as the most popular executive in GovCon, with the winner announced in early May.

Last year’s popular vote winner was DeEtte Gray, president of U.S. operations at CACI.
