Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson Presents 6th Wash100 Award to DeEtte Gray, President of CACI’s Business & IT Solutions Sector

DeEtte Gray, president of the business and information technology solutions sector at CACI International, recently accepted a 2022 Wash100 Award for her leadership and vision to drive company growth as well as its digital transformation efforts in IT infrastructure enterprise applications and business process service areas. 

Executive Mosaic is pleased to recognize DeEtte Gray as a six-time recipient of the most prestigious award in all of government contracting (GovCon). She received the award from Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson during a recent visit to the company’s office. 

Previously, Gray explained in an interview with Forbes that defense and intelligence agencies need an intermediary to help commercial software function in a government environment and reengineer their business processes for digital transformation initiatives.

As President of business and IT solutions for CACI, Gray has demonstrated leads the delivery of offerings that are modernizing and enabling government agency operations, including business process services and the sustainment of enterprise applications to better serve defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers.

Most recently, CACI announced its fourth quarter results for its fiscal year 2022 to reveal approximately $1.5 billion in contract awards. Reportedly, 70 percent of the company’s new contract awards were new business, including a $557.8 million task order to provide mission expertise for the transition of modern digital tools into the U.S. Navy acquisition enterprise

In addition to the highest honor in GovCon, DeEtte Gray also received the AFCEA International Women's Appreciation Award for 2022 in recognition of those who have exceeded expectations to further the careers of women and support the association.

During her three-year tenure as the Board of Directors Chair for AFCEA International, Gray’s leadership led to the organization’s drive for STEM-focused scholarships, teacher grants, and activities. Gray expressed her gratitude and immense pride in working to inspire women, and all members of the workplace, to pursue careers in national security.
