Who Is Greg Fitzgerald?

Fitzgerald is a federal government technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading program management, capture management, business development and solution development across the federal sector.

As chief executive of ITC Federal, he provides corporate governance and strategic direction and oversees business development, capture efforts and strategic accounts.

Prior to ITC Federal, he held leadership roles at Computer Science Corp., where he led pursuit and capture efforts securing more than $1 billion in single-award contract wins.

The Penn State University graduate holds a master’s degree in technology management from George Mason University. He is a certified Program Management Professional and holds a Federal CIO certification. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization U.S. Capital Chapter and serves on the board of directors at GovForce.

Expanding Access to Major Defense & Federal Contract Vehicles

Under Fitzgerald’s direction, ITC Federal secured a position on MDA’s $151 billion SHIELD contract vehicle. Under the contract, the company will provide application development and modernization, cybersecurity and operational support services.

ITC Federal was also named among the 95 awardees on the FBI’s eight-year, $8 billion Information Technology Supplies and Support blanket purchase agreement.

FedRAMP Authorization for DHS ICE Cloud

Under Fitzgerald’s leadership, ITC Federal achieved an authority to operate from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program for the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Cloud initiative. With the ATO, the company is authorized to deploy Google Cloud services through the Operations and Solutions Delivery Support Services contract.

Strategic Leadership Appointments

With Fitzgerald at the helm, ITC Federal strengthened its executive team with key appointments to support growth and customer engagement.

The company named Sean Cox as vice president of FBI client relations, welcomed Siva Sivaraj as VP of solutions architecture, appointed Zhenia Klevitsky as chief growth officer and named Jeff Walsh vice president of Department of Justice customer relations.
