Tim Reardon, Constellis CEO, Named to 2020 Wash100 for Realigning Executive Team; Driving Company Growth

Executive Mosaic is happy to present Tim Reardon, chief executive officer of Constellis, as an inductee into the 2020 edition of the Wash100 Award for realigning the company’s executive team and driving growth for Constellis while adding to its portfolio.

This marks the fourth Wash100 Award win for Reardon and second in a row. Previously, he was a 2019 Wash100 Awardee for his leadership and experience in the defense and intelligence industries generating organic growth for several companies.

To continue that trend, Reardon’s leadership helped the company to secure a position on a potential five-year, $6 billion contract vehicle from the State Department in June 2019 to provide diplomatic platform support services, life support services, operations and maintenance and logistics assistance for the department and other U.S. government agencies.

In January 2019, Constellis made a series of appointments as part of the company’s realignment of its executive team. Reardon said in a statement that the executive moves were to accelerate the company’s growth, optimize client mission focus and build up operational efficiency.

“Constellis anticipates significant domestic and international growth with the departments of State, Energy, Homeland Security, Defense, Justice, the intelligence community and many Fortune 500 commercial clients,” Reardon said.

As a result, several top executives were realigned, including Paul Donahue, chief operating officer for Constellis as well as the president and CEO of the company’s Centerra subsidiary, took on additional responsibilities as president of international operations and Beth Skoletsky, who became the chief HR officer for the company in September 2019.

In addition, Reardon joined the board of directors for the Humane Rescue Alliance, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization, in July 2019. His experience will help to expand the organization’s animal transport, adoption and disaster response operations.

“It is a privilege for me to join the Humane Rescue Alliance board of directors and serve the animals and people in DC – a community known for its dedication to animal protection,” Reardon said.

Constellis was also named to Viqtory’s list of the top Military Friendly Employers for 2020 in August 2019. Constellis has met new hire retention, applicant, employee turnover and advancement standards for military and veteran employees to receive the recognition.

Reardon’s predecessor and Constellis’ founder, Jason DeYonker described his successor as,”an experienced leader who is uniquely qualified to guide the company through the next phase of its strategic growth.”

He said that, “Tim brings to Constellis more than 20 years of delivering solutions and operational support services to government and commercial customers worldwide, including expertise in national security, risk management, cyber, advanced analytics, enterprise information technology, logistics and C4ISR.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Tim Reardon and Constellis for his 2020 Wash100 Award selection. His work to drive growth, expand the company’s portfolio and realign its executive team are achievements that have established Reardon and Constellis to a top position in the government contracting sector heading into 2020.
