Renovus Sets Up Newly Acquired Miracle Systems Under Latest Government Services Platform

Renovus Capital Partners said it has acquired Arlington, Virginia-based prime contractor Miracle Systems through Aretum, its latest platform for the government service space.

Miracle Systems will combine with Panum under the Aretum brand to offer defense, homeland security and other federal civilian agency clients with management consulting and technology support services.

According to Renovus Capital officials, this gathering of talented individuals under one holding company will benefit the private equity firm's continued dedication to helping its government customers perform their mission.

Sandesh Sharda, founder and CEO of Miracle Systems, said Renovus made an impression out of all other investors it considered, noting the company's performance growing Panum and its familiarity with Miracle Systems’ business.

King & Spalding and Greenberg Traurig were legal counsels while UBS Investment Bank was Miracle Systems' financial adviser in the acquisition, but no other details were disclosed.
