NuWave Solutions announced on Tuesday its acquisition of ProModel Government Services, a leading provider of mission critical predictive and prescriptive analytic software solutions to the U.S. government, for an undisclosed amount.

ProModel Government Services provides near real-time awareness of the strategic landscape of the federal marketplace. Its solutions significantly enhance the “decision space” for federal agencies to make rapid and well informed decisions that shift the daily landscape through the use of data and best business processes.

ProModel Government Services has built innovative model-based software solutions to visualize complex data, synchronize operational needs as well as support strategic and tactical decisions for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies for more than 25 years.

Ernst & Young LLP served as the financial advisor to NuWave while Baird served as financial advisor for ProModel Government Services, under the ProModel Corporation.

Following AE Industrial (AEI) Partners’ acquisition of NuWave Solutions back in June 2020, this marks the second acquisition NuWave has made after also acquiring BigBear on Dec. 4th to advance its capabilities in big data computing and analytics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, geospatial information systems and systems engineering.
